The Catholic Multicultural Center’s food pantry is open to all who need food assistance. Each family can use the food pantry as much as once per week. Guests can shop the pantry on a first-come, first-served basis. All who come during pantry hours will be served.
What to know before you go:
- All residents of Dane County, WI are welcome to use the pantry. If you live outside of Dane County, please use 2-1-1 to find a pantry near you.
- First-time registrants will be asked for: full name, identification, proof of address, and the name and birth date of each household member.
- The CMC does not provide delivery service. You may send someone in your place to pick up food for you, provided that you are registered to use the pantry.
- CMC is located at 1862 Beld St, Madison, right off of South Park St. Parking for cars and bikes is available on-site, and the Center is near a busline and the South Transfer Point.
The pantry is stocked with food from a variety of sources, including local food banks, baked goods donations from local stores, and in-kind donations from individuals and groups. During the growing season, the CMC offers an abundant supply of fresh produce from the food pantry garden. Personal hygiene items are also available on Tuesdays through the personal essentials pantry.
