Say No to Chemicals

Saturday, November 8th 1:00 to 3:00pm

Did you know that PFAS and other chemicals cause harm to your health and the environment? Ever wondered what you can do in your life to avoid toxic chemicals? You can learn all this and more at “Say No to Chemicals” at the Catholic Multicultural Center! Learn about PFAS and potential hazards to indoor air quality, and how we can avoid exposure to harmful chemicals. Afterwards, we will put our knowledge to the test in a fun team trivia game! The winning team will receive raffle prizes to help them reduce their exposure to harmful chemicals at home. This event is free, all are welcome, and child care will be provided for kids age 8 and under.

This event is presented by the Act Now Initiative, a Youth Climate leadership program of the CMC.
